Membership Executive

A leading membership organisation is seeking a Membership Executive to join their team. Based in London. This is a Full-Time, Permanent opportunity, paying a salary of up to £26,000 per annum + benefits.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Key point of contact for matters for the organisation’s membership.
  • Manage telephone enquiries from the membership.
  • Organise events and manage the membership lifecycle, including but not limited to processing new applications and renewals).
  • Administrative support on the organisation’s programmes and training courses.
  • Maintain records and produce management reports and analysis.
  • Maintain website and membership manuals.

About You:

  • Educated to Degree level or equivalent.
  • 1 year minimum experience working in an administrative customer service / membership environment.
  • Advanced user of Microsoft Word (MailMerge), Excel (VLookUp), PowerPoint & CRMs.
  • Excellent attention to detail and able to work to strict deadlines.
  • Excellent and confident communicator both verbally and written.
  • Excellent time management and organization skills.
  • Well presented, professional, warm and friendly demeanour.

Corporate Partnership Account Manager

An award-winning international travel and events company are seeking a passionate and driven Corporate Partnership Account Manager to join their London based team. This is a Permanent, Full-Time position. Salary up to £28,000.00 per annum PLUS generous benefits and international travel!

Your Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong corporate client relationships.
  • Generate sales and long-term growth across new and existing companies and charities.
  • Produce proposals and client presentations..
  • Support clients with marketing, recruitment and events advice.
  • Maintain and update client dedicated website pages.

 About you:

  • 3-5 year’s proven experience as an Account Manager – corporate client focused.
  • Strong business development, sales and events experience preferably gained in the charity / travel sector.
  • Strong presentation skills.
  • Strong listening, negotiations, written and verbal communications skills.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in fast-paced team & meet deadlines.
