Education Training Coordinator

A national organisation is seeking an Education Training Coordinator.  This is a 1-year Fixed Term Contract, Full-Time, opportunity. Remuneration package: up to £25,000 + Benefits. Immediate Start Available.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Support the implementation and administration of education careers strategies, coordinate a range of course materials, ensuring stock levels are accurate and company materials are sent out to schools, universities and volunteers.
  • Assist with the design and development of interactive educational materials and other resources including lesson plans and advice for primary and secondary school teachers.
  • Support the coordination of event with university students.
  • Arrange attendance at education and careers fairs and school visits and education events.
  • Maintain and update attendance registers, project spreadsheets, produce mailing lists and reports from the CRM system, and undertake analysis of student data and career information.
  • Support the management and maintenance of relationships with education industry partners, careers advisory services, school, colleges and universities.
  • Provide an efficient customer care service; respond to written and telephone enquiries; manage inboxes; give introductory advice on careers and education matters.
  • Coordinate agendas and papers for committee meetings, take minutes, process invoices and expenses, incoming and outgoing post, update the website, arrange travel and accommodation.

About You:

  • Educated to degree level or equivalent. 
  • An understanding of UK education systems.
  • Communicate with young people, students, stakeholders in professional manner.
  • Excellent written communication skills and ability to adapt communication styles to a diverse.
  • Excellent IT skills including Microsoft Office.
  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
  • Experience of writing for the web and social media.

An award-winning media agency based in Central London is looking for an experienced Marketing Manager with an entrepreneurial flair to join their dynamic team. This is a Permanent, Full-Time position. Salary up to £35,000 + Benefits.

The ideal candidate will work closely with senior managers in a strategic capacity, developing and measuring integrated marketing campaigns.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Maximise new client leads, grow business opportunities and provide accurate ROI.
  • Support the marketing and sales strategies, to meet objectives for the business.
  • Measure and analyse all marketing campaigns and activities against targets agreed with senior team members to increase and monitor ROI.
  • Identify weaknesses in the existing marketing campaigns and develop pragmatic solutions within pre-determined budgetary constraints.
  • Strategic competitor analysis.

Skills, qualifications and experience required:

  • Minimum of 2-3 years’ marketing experience.

  • Experience working with CMS.

An award-winning set of Barristers’ Chambers, are seeking a Legal PA with some experience of marketing and events.  You assist 2 Senior Clerks.  This is a Full-Time, Fixed Term Contract for 12 months, paying a salary of up to £35,000 per annum + benefits.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Extensive diary / inbox management for 2 Senior Clerks
  • Extensive travel itinerary arrangements both nationally and internationally.
  • Processing expenses
  • Dealing with telephone and correspondence enquiries
  • Booking appointments and meeting rooms / venue
  • Organise conferences / events / dinners

 About you:

  • Well-presented & client facing.
  • Experience of dealing with High Net Worth Individuals
  • 2 years minimum experience as a Legal PA to Senior Partners from the Magic / Silver Circle
  • Educated to Degree level (or equivalent)
  • Advanced user of Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint & CRM systems
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills
  • Ability to work in fast-paced team to meet deadlines
  • Flexible and pro-active
