A leading international financial company are seeking to hire a Managing Director for their UK & European division.  You will report into the US CEO.  This is a Full-Time, Permanent opportunity. Remuneration package: SIX FIGURES inclusive of Benefits & Bonus.  International travel is required.

Your Responsibilities:

• Further developing the business strategy for the UK & Europe that delivers sustainable profitable growth and market penetration

• Managing the business development and business operations across the UK & Europe.
• Attending & presenting at industry conferences in the UK & Europe.
• Responsibility for P&L and reporting to the Board.

• Providing strong leadership ensuring the organisation attracts, retains and develops talent across the business

• Overseeing all operations and ensuring that a high quality of service is delivered and maintained to a growing client base across the UK & Europe.

• Managing and developing key relationships with new and existing clients

• Further developing a culture for the business focussed on sales and customer service

• Assessing and analysing new market opportunities that could further support the growth of the business across the UK & Europe

About You:

• Minimum of 15 years’ experience gained within Asset Management.
• Educated to Degree level (or equivalent).
• Outstanding commercial awareness and industry knowledge.
• Experience of strategic and operational practices.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Excellent communication & relationship building skills at C-Suite level.
• Strong, confident presentation skills.
• International travel is required.
