A leading Media, Events & Publishing company, based in London, are seeking to hire an ambitious and driven Senior Conference Sales Executive to join their team, reporting into the Commercial Sales Director. This is a Full-Time, Permanent opportunity, paying a salary of up to £27,000 per annum + benefits.
- Sell sponsorship / exhibition / event stand packages on the phone and at client meetings / events.
- Meet / exceed individual sales targets.
- Follow up on all sales leads and generate new business opportunities.
- Build new client lists and establish strong relationships with existing clients.
- Contribute to new business development ideas & develop these opportunities.
- Accurately forecast and track key sales targets, reporting weekly to the Commercial Sales Director.
- Maintain a sales pipeline and accurately record data on the CRM.
- Attend events and trade shows.
- MUST have proven track record of F2F sales in Sponsorship Packages / Trade Stands at events.
- MUST have proven track record of selling to Board Level Directors & other senior stakeholders.
- A strong communicator, both verbal & written.
- Ability to build strong professional relationships and act as a trusted advisor /account manager.
